Pizza Crêpe

Ingredients

  • 12 Tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 14 Cup - Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Scoop - Realist Protein Powder
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine & whisk ingredients
  • Spray medium sized pan with non-stick cooking spray
  • On medium heat, poor batter into pan
  • Cook like an omelet until done
  • Remove onto a plate
  • Add marinara sauce, ricotta and parmesan cheese
  • Fold and serve!
